The team at Jonathan Terry were fantastic. They went above and beyond every step of the way with helping me and my Brother with arranging our Dad's funeral. Big thanks to Marisa for all her support. And to Tom who made the day of the funeral very special.

Jonathan and his team have been so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Trish and Tracey were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. When I lost my daughter, I didn’t know where to turn to. Jonathan Terry was the best place. I felt so welcomed and was able to talk to them about anything. They also fulfilled my wishes with what happened with my daughter. I could visit whenever there was a slot available. I wouldn’t have asked for any other funeral directors. Thank you all 😊

Ida my wife was terminally ill and wanted to plan her own funeral. Being unable to leave the house, Victoria came to visit Ida in our home and discussed Ida's needs and requests with great compassion and understanding.

Ida sadly passed away in July and I was distraught. I contacted Victoria who started to implement Ida's funeral plans. Every step of the way I was consulted and informed as to what I had to do and what was happening with Ida.

On visiting Jonathan Terry's I was greeted by a team of warm friendly people who took the weight of the world from my shoulders.

Every question I asked was answered, things that I could not understand were explained, problems I had were sorted.

I was advised and looked after right to the very end of Ida's funeral.

I have nothing but praise and respect for every person I encountered , my heart felt thanks to you all. A very professional service, you should all be very proud of yourselves.
