The kindness, sensitivity, support and professionalism I have experienced from Jonathan Terry and all of his staff has been exceptional, from the moment of first meeting to Mum's funeral and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wish to thank them for all that they have done in both the care of Mum and for me and my family.

Johnathan & his team were so helpful and kind just when you need it most, they made me feel welcome in their loving home & it was great to be able to see my loved one anytime I wanted, I thank you for that mostly. 🙏 the service was also really good. Thank you.

Jonathan Terry funeral directors treated us with the utmost care at one of the most difficult times of our lives.
Excellent communication took place that helped us to deal with each and every area that needed attention.
The service itself was beautiful and Jonathan carefully guided us through it with enough information to help us at exactly the right time.
Their sense of care will stay with me for a long time.

The team at Jonathan Terry were excellent, from meeting them to make the arrangements for Dad's funeral and up until the day of the service. Every staff member was kind, caring and extremely professional throughout. Having used JT for both my mother in law and father in law's funerals, we would not consider using anyone else! Every member of staff was amazing,with their caring and warm concern that the day would be as smooth as possible for the family. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was remembered. I felt cocooned and safe in their hands,which was so appreciated when I was feeling so vulnerable and lost. So professional and discreet. I cannot praise them enough and all the family thought the funeral was exactly what Peter would have wanted, and Michael Smith had totally captured the spirit of my son. An amazing team whose expertise was wonderful. Thank you so much .
