We have been so well looked after by Jonathan and his team. It felt like my dad was being looked after by a member of the family. We are all incredibly grateful for the support and kindness they have shown us and you couldn’t be in better hands at such a difficult time.

Your service was excellent . from the pick up point to the end of the service was top class. the attendants (drivers and polebearers ) were polite and caring which my family and Julies were put very much at ease. I hope it doesn't happen but if needbe I would chose yourselves again . I will thank my daughter (Flowers at Joanne) for recomending you.

Compassionate, kind and professional throughout, instilling confidence from the first moment we spoke. Jonathan dealt with the details with a perfect blend of efficiency without haste, exactly the right approach for my mum. We much appreciated the phone calls to check we were all OK and ready for the day, and the follow-up call afterwards. On the day, the team were smart, polite and looked out for us all. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I mean, yes Jonathan Terry are funeral director's, it's their job to be helpful and tactful but the level of service you receive feels so personal, gentle and hassle free, it really is second to none. No question too many / silly and will help in anyway possible to make this awful time run smoothly. They are worth their salt, highly recommended.

Johnathan & his team were so helpful and kind just when you need it most, they made me feel welcome in their loving home & it was great to be able to see my loved one anytime I wanted, I thank you for that mostly. 🙏 the service was also really good. Thank you.

Jonathan Terry funeral directors treated us with the utmost care at one of the most difficult times of our lives.
Excellent communication took place that helped us to deal with each and every area that needed attention.
The service itself was beautiful and Jonathan carefully guided us through it with enough information to help us at exactly the right time.
Their sense of care will stay with me for a long time.
