Your team helped us through the whole process of giving our mum, Pauline, a wonderful send off . What could have been very difficult was actually a good experience thanks to the team of Natalie and Victoria in particular, who were kind and helpful at all stages. We would recommend Jonathan Terry without hesitation.

Everyone we met in the team were caring and patient, answered all questions  and nothing was ever too much, always at the end of the phone if needed. Pete was looked after at London Road by 2 lovely ladies Natalie and Sarah, made sure all are wishes were carried out even down to the smallest detail. For this we are truly grateful and Pete had a wonderful send off Thank you

I simply do not have the words to describe how wonderful the team at Jonathan Terry have been following the sad death of my loved one.
I dealt with Natalie and Sarah at the London Road office.
Every step of the way they were there for me.  They demonstrated kindness, compassion, knowledge, skill and understanding beyond anything I could have wished for.  Nothing was too much trouble and their communication was outstanding.
On the day of the funeral Victoria and the team of gentlemen were absolutely wonderful; again kind, respectful and efficient so everything worked to perfection for us.
This day will stay in my memory forever, as will the amazing staff at Jonathan Terry who made it all possible.

Can’t rate highly enough what a blessing it was the day l walked into Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors and met Natalie. l knew instantly l was in safe hands, nothing was too much trouble and on the day everything went like clockwork. Jonathan and his team were sensitive, kind and professional and very respectful of my deceased husband. From the time of our very first contact until the funeral, the family felt in very good hands. They listened, supported, helped and reassured in a wonderful way during this difficult time. They were always keen to respect our wishes but to make helpful suggestions. The funeral was made possible to endure because we had confidence in them. The staff in the London Road office were very helpful , kind and understanding. We felt very supported and comforted when we visited the chapel of rest. Jonathan is such a gentleman and gives a unique personal service. He felt like a friend when you need them most. Anne at Jonathan Terry (London Road) helped us so much that it all seemed so easy to organise. I cannot thank them all enough for the respectful and efficient way we were taken through the whole thing, both beforehand and on the day itself. The Welcome in the Office was very genuine and phone calls were sensitively handled. The arrangements with Church and Authorities was most efficient and the car travel on the day was of the same high standard. The Brochures for Matthew,s services pleased the family and friends. The recommended Florist was excellent.

Wasn’t impressed the flowers couldn’t travel with my mum making the carriage look bare. No warning before hand regarding this might as not brought flowers. Made mum look unloved and cared for. Having a hearse just for flowers defeats the reason for having flowers!!!

Tom was very kind, caring & professional. Nothing was too much trouble. His attention to detail was perfect & he listened to us & did everything we asked for. Thoughtful, sympathetic, helpful, caring, polite, and friendly. These are all words for the London Road Staff. Their presentation of our daughter was lovely and their attention to detail was beyond words. We could chat with them as if they were friends, not just a customer to make money out of.
