From the initial meeting of our family, which was excellent, heartfelt and not pressured or overbearing, the constant following up of the delayed death certificate, relieving some pressure from us, to the amazing presentation off staff, vehicles and welcoming presence on the day of the funeral - we cannot thank you all enough and would highly recommend your service to ALL. Particular mention to Natalie who supported us from start to finish and Sarah for the excellent work on the order of service, both from the London Road branch

During thus difficult time all the staff were amazing. My mum was always dealt with compassion and care with every step, from taking her from the care home to taking her to the crematorium. They made things so much easier us at this upsetting time. I would like to especially mention Natalie, she was amazing, helped me so much with all the organising, couldn't of got through it without her.

We found that Jonathan Terry were very attentive, took time to understood what we wanted and provided us with a ceremony to match our best expectations. This included the celebrant, the florist and the visual and musical tribute.

I simply do not have the words to describe how wonderful the team at Jonathan Terry have been following the sad death of my loved one.
I dealt with Natalie and Sarah at the London Road office.
Every step of the way they were there for me.  They demonstrated kindness, compassion, knowledge, skill and understanding beyond anything I could have wished for.  Nothing was too much trouble and their communication was outstanding.
On the day of the funeral Victoria and the team of gentlemen were absolutely wonderful; again kind, respectful and efficient so everything worked to perfection for us.
This day will stay in my memory forever, as will the amazing staff at Jonathan Terry who made it all possible.

Can’t rate highly enough what a blessing it was the day l walked into Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors and met Natalie. l knew instantly l was in safe hands, nothing was too much trouble and on the day everything went like clockwork. Jonathan and his team were sensitive, kind and professional and very respectful of my deceased husband. From the time of our very first contact until the funeral, the family felt in very good hands. They listened, supported, helped and reassured in a wonderful way during this difficult time. They were always keen to respect our wishes but to make helpful suggestions. The funeral was made possible to endure because we had confidence in them. The staff in the London Road office were very helpful , kind and understanding.
