When your days are filled with sorrow and sadness, yet with funeral planning to add to the mix, arriving at the funeral directors is not something any of us would look forward to. At my first meetung with John he was able to call up the details of my uncle's funeral 14 years ago so I was able to have the same music for my aunt's service. All the arrangements were made without fuss and without impacting on our need to keep a perspective on dealing with what was facing us. When my Mum passed away suddenly there was no doubt that J Lawrence would deal with the funeral. John was there for us as a family and offered support and advice. 
The arrangements were all carried out as planned and my Mum was given the best send off.  Their services were last required 8 years previously for my Dad and I can honestly say everything went just as smoothly this time as last.
