Everything has been dealt with sensitively and efficiently, meaning that there were no issues I had to deal with myself.
From the very first, I felt comforted by the fact that, on the very evening of the day my husband passed away, someone from The Lawns contacted me to let me know they had John in their care.
The day of the funeral was never going to be a good day for me - but Neil and his team ensured that it was the best it could be. Many people commented afterwards on how nicely everything was done - and particular on the wonderful Celebrant (Will), who conducted the service so beautifully that it was remarked that it almost felt as though he had actually known John.
Tracy and Lianne at The Lawns have also been very supportive - even arranging the interment, so that I did not have the task of contacting the council myself - and continue to be so, as I will be discussing the headstone today.

The Co-op Funeral Care in Buttts Road Southampton were excellent. The support and guidance provided by Tracey in planning my Dad's cremation was very much appreciated. She kept us updated with ever aspect of the arrangements regularly. The online tribute and the Webcast went amazingly well. On the day Neil our Funeral Director was very helpful, he made everything so smooth and easy for us. The Celebrant, Will, was very empathetic and took his time getting to know the essence of Dad. He was very eloquent with beautiful words that gave us the perfect celebration of Dad's life. We cannot thank everyone enough.

Having used Sholing three years ago for my mum we used them again for the passing of my dad. Tracy is so warm and caring and made me feel that my dad was the most important person! Funeral of Doris May Byrne 5/6/22 Exellent, 5 Srar. From the moment we walked through the door of the Co-Op Funeral Care Office in Butts Road Sholing, Southampton, we were greeted by Tracy and Summer Wolsey. They took great care of us. Summer was the person who dealt with us about the arrangements for my mothersFuneral. She was kind, caring and very understanding, she was a delight to speak to about our needs. Very professional. Mr. Will Whale, the ‘ Celelebrant ‘ was a lovely kind and caring man. He did a wonderful Eulogy at Mums service, but took great care of us.
