From start to finish Brenda Iris Keats funeral was a celebration of her life.
Julie has been brilliant treated mum and us with great respect nothing was to much trouble,made us fill completely at ease organising mums funeral from picking the coffin,the cars,order of service and the visual tribute,Julie took all the stress away.

When we tried to arrange the funeral, we were constantly interrupted by the phone and visitors (there should have been a second person available.)
Furthermore, we should not have been expected to provide our own music for my father's funeral. This surely isn't our responsibility.
