Very pleased with the service. The only observation was I’m not sure the song at the start was the version I’d asked for, and I expected that to start once everyone was seated but it started as they were walking in. 

Other than, the celebrant Will was absolutely brilliant, and the service we received at the funeral directors at the appointment and prior to the service was great, particularly given the short notice of it. Would use again.

Everything from start to finish was a very smooth transition,I didn’t need to worry about anything it was all taken care of, Lisa was amazing and hooked me up with the celebrant Will who was perfect, everyone commented on how he came across and portrayed Julie’s life, she would have been pleased. Thank you to Darren who was very kind and respectful and also the staff who all had an input that I didn’t see, you all do an amazing job in an awfully sad situation. Thank you to you all.

We were fortunate that Bruce had already bought his funeral package some years ago. His record was recalled immediately and we spent some time with Lisa going through the initial arrangements questionnaire. This was detailed and we were helped with suggestions and sympathy every step of the way. Subsequent visits to finalise arrangements were handle in the same delicate manner and the recommendation and organising of a suitable Celebrant could not have been better. Contact on several occasions both before and after the funeral by Morton were much appreciated and ensured a memorable service with no hitches. We could not have asked for a better service than that provided from beginning to end by Beavis Funeralcare. Thank you.

Whilst only having a direct cremation Darren and his team were always very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. They handled the whole process very sensitively and efficiently, and in keeping with my aunt's wishes.

Lovely service, Victoria Wesley was excellent. Was shocked that order of service was not included on Gold plan, I know mum would of picked it in believe that it was all covered, not good. Also when visiting mum there was no fresh flowers in room, leaving a chilled room with a deceased body very bleak and "dead" for want of a better word. Staff were lovely and helpful at this difficult time, thank you.

I've thanked them both before, but I would like to thank Darren and Vicky for everything. It's the same for all families but it's been an incredibly difficult time for us and they were caring and considerate. They walked me through the options and gave me time to consider my choices. Delicate conversations were handled tactfully and they treated Paul with the dignity and respect he deserved. Those attending the funeral were also full of praise and said it felt really personal. Thank you again for making a terrible situation a little less stressful.
