Communication was strong, process was clear and simple. Becky cares about doing a good job. The support around the service was very good also. We were given choices, everything was seamless.

An improvement would have been to make us aware that the invoice could be paid from the existing estate, we paid ourselves when this could have come from the estate, causing stress that isn't needed.

Although I didn't have much contact with Beavis (I arranged my father's private cremation on line), the people there (Darren and Lisa) dealt with the final aspects of the cremation with professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.
