From the moment I walked in the door to make arrangements until the day of his funeral I felt looked after, no question was too silly. Everyone within the team made me feel relaxed that Richard would be looked after

There seemed to be a little confusion about when they could collect my mother from the hospital. I would also have preferred a link to several celebrants but overall, the service from Beavis was good.

The undertaker did a fantastic job of making my mother look peaceful. The funeral director, Darren, was very communicative and his team on the day were fantastic, especially given the wet, slippery conditions.

Not sure how much the service was influenced by my mothers choice to go for a basic pre-paid funeral. We had to wait nearly a week to get to meet with the funeral home to discuss the arrangements. We'd already provided details of the plan which included the name and contact details of her vicar, who she had wanted to conduct the service - but none of this information had been passed on to the person we met. It was then several weeks before we could get an appointment at the Crematorium, meaning the funeral was actually held a month after her death. The arrangements for the funeral itself were very good.

Mark was in the wrong colour coffin I asked for cherry wood but he was in a pine coffin. I would like some feedback about that. Other then that a very good service

The service i recieved from beavis was very good from start to finish.Summer dealt with me in a very friendly professional manner answering any questions i had and nothing was too much trouble for her.It was a very well organised day and i was kept informed of everything that was goung to happen on the day.

We were given time to arrange the funeral and not rushed, treated with courtesy, especially visiting the chapel of rest and on the day of the funeral and following with regards to the ashes, any concerns.

Everything that they did from the first time we came to organise the funeral to the time of the furneral was BRILLIANT. The person who did the service was BRILLIANT and he got to know the family. Everyone that attended the funeral said that the way it was did us proud
