Communication is dreadful, can never get in touch with them and all they are worrying about is money, though Darren (5 stars!) on the day was above and beyond. Very caring and thoughtful. If it had not been that my Grandmother used to clean for the Original Mr & Mrs Beavis and our whole family have used your services I would not of used you on first impressions and how their administration team (2 stars) made this task that much harder.

The whole experience with Beavis was cold and calculating from the moment I walked in no empathy compassion or even basic customer service my arranger barely spoke to me and my wife never looking up from the laptop once they found out my mum wanted a direct cremation it was clear they weren't interested I've had a better more caring experience with my bank the one moment of true empathy came from the call from a central desk,even collecting a memento today felt like an inconvenience to the staff, also factor in the coffin lid used as a table in there smoking area visible from the path and that is all you need to know, my family has used Beavis for over 30 years but never again avoid at all costs because funerals is what they do, care they dont

We were very pleased with the way the ceremony was organised. In planning the funeral we were given good, clear instructions on the basis of which we could make decisions. Even though the planning period went across the Christmas holiday period we did not feel rushed. Beavis even came to the rescue when willow casket makers went on strike, but one was found for us at short notice. We would certainly recommend Beavis to any friends or family in need of a funeral director

Beavis Funeralcare, Shirley provided excellent service. The staff were helpful and friendly and the funeral service went smoothly. My only reason for not leaving 5 stars was that on the few occasions I wanted to contact Beavis I was put through to the central office rather than the local branch.

I used Beavis Funeral Care for my late husband Dilwyn's funeral at the end of November 2022. The service was outstanding, from the day they called me to advise that his body was now in their care, to the help I needed with obtaining the death certificate, the empathy and understanding shown when arranging the funeral, the call from them before the funeral, the actual funeral itself and the support afterwards regarding collecting the ashes. I cannot praise them highly enough. The funeral was everything Dilwyn and the family wanted. With the help of Beavis Funeral Care we did him proud and gave him the funeral he deserved. They kept me updated every step of the way and I knew the funeral was in safe hands. It made an emotional time much easier. Thank you to everyone who I spoke to and/or met; Neil, Lisa, Becky, Graham and Kelly.
