Lisa was so helpful when I came to them about the loss of my dad , she made the whole process very comfortable and very understanding and at ease , due to the fact I’m a young next of kin. I’m so thankful with how well the funeral went .

Although always difficult, Tara's funeral was the perfect combination of simple and respectful. The celebrant Will Rosie was amazing, a mix of informal(our request) tears and laughter was exactly as needed to say goodbye to her.

Staff were very efficient and done all they could to comfort us in our tragic loss.
The service at the crematorium was excellent and commented by all that attended and those who watched the video link. The staff once again done all they possibly could to make us at ease and ensure all went smoothly.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the difficulty in getting in touch on the telephone.

treated you with respected . the horses drawn carriage was

Darren and his team were very helpful and considerate from start to finish and on the day of Roger,s funeral Darren guided the family through a very emotional day.

The experience of our mothers funeral was made so easy with the help of your company. Just one small thing which we can think of, the march in front of the hearse done brilliantly by Darren was not on the webcam and was not seen by the rest of the family spread across the world. Although myself and my family were going through the worst thing we could’ve imagined Becky and Darren were exceptional in dealing with us. Becky took us through everything that needed to be done and Darren spoke to myself a couple of days before the funeral to explain everything that would happen. This in particular I was very grateful for. I even had a follow up call a couple of days later to check that everything had gone ok. Thank you guys for helping us through this difficult process
