I must be honest when I called to say that my father had passed away I asked if Keyleey was still working there as I had such a good Rapport with her she was always in contact with myself and sorted any problems out if she could always going above and beyond her duties. I found my self chasing my tail trying to sort everything out for my fathers funeral from start to finish she was unable to contact the Vicar by phone as did I but I had to go to his house to make contact, there was problems with music both from the church and yourselves but between the Vicar and my grandson they sorted it by my grandson providing a sound system. I know this must sound like a moan but at this very sad and hard time I needed help and support and did not feel received this. I felt deceived from my first telephone call. I have had good previous dealings with yourselves but unfortunately I can say I won’t be using your services again which pains me to say as like I said my previous experience was without fault. 
Sorry for my response but I felt let down.

They were very professional and friendly and gave a very good service , I would definitely recommend them at this such sad time but they made it a wonderful day to remember for all the lovely memories I have to cherish of my loving husband who passed away.

We had a really good, caring, and very professional service from B. Mathews. Nothing was to much trouble, and we were kept informed every step of the the way. The were very supportive at a time which was very difficult.
