Matthews were very patient with us and answered all our question, and saw to all our needs Kept us informed at every stage and checked with us before they finalised anything on our behalf, nothing was was to much trouble for them, at this very sad time for us, they made everything run smooth.

Brilliant service considering the situation you are in arranging a funeral. Very professional and accommodating to all your needs.  Couldn't praise Carol high enough so helpful and supportive in arranging the funeral also helping in getting an RAF flag for the service which she didn't need to do.  Also Matthew Allen so professional and polite and respectful throughout the day also very helpful with my grandma and myself on helping us through a tough day .  Couldn't recommend them enough
