 From the day that they collected my uncle until the funeral day they could not have been more caring and professional. They arranged everything as we wanted and were very friendly and helpful. On the day of the funeral everything was exactly as we wanted it to be. With a special thanks to Jan at West End for being so helpful and caring, and for attending the funeral, and also to the funeral director Matt for his kindness and guidance on the day.
