This was a very traumatic and emotional time for us as Marnie was to young to die and it was very sudden. We also live a considerable distance away so visiting to make the arrangements for the funeral was not easy. We found it hard to decide on the details, we knew what we wanted but couldn't articulate it. The staff were kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, supportive and caring they were there at all times, no question or query was to small.
The service was everything we wanted it to be, full of the love that was our daughter, it celebrated her life, it wasn't sad it was joyous.
Every detail was perfectly organised on the day.
The company is totally professional, they made a torrid time and occasion bearable.
We cant thank them enough.

Everything was handled very professionally from initial contact through to the actual funeral service.

Our rather unusual request for a natural burial in a woodland area was handled excellently with all our requirements being met.

We felt in very safe hands with this family-run company and would have no hesitation in recommending their services

Excellent service throughout. The ladies organising the burial and church service did a superb job, guiding us through what needed to happen and making suggestions to improve things.
On the day of the burial Lee Fletcher was on hand to ensure it went smoothly.
Throughout the process the communication with great, which was especially appreciated at this difficult time for us.

I cannot complement Lee and his team enough. They were simply amazing, everything ran smoothly, they catered to all our needs, without question. Their shining moment for me was when my 11 year old niece wanted to go and see her nan in the chapel of rest, she was nervous and scared. I believe it was Jean, who spent a long time with her, talking, appropriately, about what she could expect when she saw nan, she calmed her down, gave her confidence, and gave her an overwhelming feeling of peace, for herself and for her nan, simply exceptional. I cannot thank the team enough for all they did, how simple they made the process and how perfect the day went. Lee your team should be congratulated on how they hold themselves, how they present themselves, and the ease of the whole process. A team of stars, they do a hard and difficult job, it cannot be easy to see the emotions of others on a daily basis, without it. openly, effecting them. Perfect in everyway
