The funeral was excellently managed and directed providing a fitting tribute. We wanted a small, quiet, dignified funeral and that is precisely what we got, organised sympathetically and very efficiently by Kerry. Wishes and changes of mind were all accommodated without difficulty and many of the mourners commented favorably on the arrangements. The most common theme was that it was exactly what Margaret would have wanted and we did her proud. We are deeply grateful to Kerry and the rest of the Lee Fletcher team for making it a perfect send-off.

Just the little things that made all the difference, nothing was too much trouble. Empathy shown to everyone, no mater who was an enormous support. We also would like to thank Sylvia Corke our Celebrant who again, made our mums funeral so personal to us all, she just got us and got mum to a tee. Thank you all again

My mum had exactly the funeral she had planned, Jean and Kerry helped enormously with this. We had a huge number of requests and requirements and they facilitated every one. 
On the day itself,  Lee and his team ensured everything went smoothly  promoting a sense of reverence and calm.
