From the very first meeting Lee Fletcher Funeral Services have taken all the stress and worry out of organising our sad occasion. I thought that there would be loads of little (and large) bridges to cross but they did all of that for us – so much so that I had to phone the day before to find out if it was still on! I feel that I did very little with Lee Fletcher's wonderful staff completing the lion’s share gracefully and efficiently. These heartfelt thanks are also echoed by those who attended and those watching via the weblink.

Sylvia (the Celebrant) was great and met me and my brother before the day. She then called before the service to read through what she had written for us and she really captured everything we told her about our late mother.

The team in the office and all our communications were also fabulous as was Lee himself on the day – everyone was so kind, friendly and professional and the customer service was exemplary and seamless.

Having never organised a funeral before, the whole thing seemed daunting but Lee Fletcher and his team were absolutely amazing. The lovely ladies in the office were so friendly, supportive and professional. I was kept updated throughout the whole process. Lee was brilliant on the day, as were his ushers, throughout the funeral they were courteous and  professional. The Imperial Edwardian hearse that carried my husband on his last journey was impressive and the Order of Service booklets were beautifully made. I would highly recommend Lee Fletcher’s funeral services. Thanks again Lee.

The level of professionalism, compassion and understanding at such a difficult time for myself and my family was a source of comfort, especially for my mother. On behalf of myself and my mother, we would like to thank the Lee Fletcher Funeral Services team for their professionalism, support and handling of my Fathers funeral. Even in these difficult times Lee and his highly motivated personnel showed caring and compassion giving myself and my mother the guidance to make my fathers passing a most uplifting event.
Special mentions to Coraline who met us when we went to see Dad on a number of occasions, her kindness on these sombre times will not be forgotten.
The whole set up at Lee Fletcher Funeral Services is like a well honed military procedure and this was reflected on the day itself which from the beginning to the end was outstanding. More special mentions must be directed at Sylvia as
well, for her thorough research and lovely reading at my father's funeral, he would have treasured it.
I would highly recommend Lee Fletcher to all and sundry, myself, my mother and all friends and family will be forever grateful.
