Sarah was amazing! I live in Australia, which inevitably complicated matters, but Sarah rallied around and organised everything for me. She has such a personal touch and is so genuinely engaged with those entrusted to her care, I felt like I was dealing with a member of my extended family!

I am afraid this is not the rating I would have liked to give and it is not entirely a reflection of the staff. Staff being the operative word. There is a shortage of staff and I feel that this has resulted in short comings and a miss match in communication. Tasks have not been completed when they should have been and on a number of instances phone calls and emails remained unanswered.

I recently used Drayton Funeralcare for my Mum's arrangements. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. She was engaging, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and kind. The costs were favourable compared to other providers. A great place to go through a difficult time and Sarah took all the confusion away.

We have unfortunately had to arrange both my parents funeral in the space of a year, Sarah has always been fantastic making sure I knew what was going on and what’s would happen next. I even got a phone call on Christmas Day when my mum was being moved to the funeral home
