Rowlands provided an excellent, thoughtful service throughout. They supplied orders of service as well as flowers, kept us informed and generally took the strain and worry out of the whole process. On the day of the funeral, Marsha Vincent in particular was wonderful, going above and beyond what we expected to ensure everything was as we would want.

Rowlands Funeral Service looked after the funeral arrangements for my grandma 30 years ago and my dad very recently and on both occasions they did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Charlotte Sandy our funeral director, was both caring and compassionate in helping us through a very emotional time and oversaw all the funeral details with very careful attention to detail. Rowlands conducted the funeral with sensitivity and professionalism and we are all very grateful to them for the respect and care they gave to our dad on his final journey.

Everything went smoothly and they stayed in touch throughout the whole process. I always felt they had time to listen and responded in a very timely way.
Their respect for my mother throughout was really felt and noticed by us all. Family at the service also commented on how lovely everyone was. The small details mattered to them as much as they did for friends and family

My funeral director was Marsha and she was a pleasure to deal with - I had quite specific ideas as to how the funeral should be , she reacted efficiently to my requests and was patient and empathetic . The result was a service which both those attending physically and also remotely by watching the webcast were touched and moved by - a wonderful tribute to my husband Peter.

From the moment I made the call I felt confident that my family had made the right choice in Rowlands of Petersfield. They were so reassuring from the start, and the technicalities and legal processes required to recover my mothers body from the hospital where she died were all taken care of. Throughout the planning of the funeral Marsha was always on hand with any help or advice we needed. I always felt in control. Everything needed for the service itself was provided and Marsha and her team were faultless throughout.
