From the start to the finish of this very emotional and difficult time, staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my wishes for my dear Mothers service were met. As my Mother passed away just before Xmas and was not local to us I really felt that I wanted my Mother close by and staff ensured that this happened. I can not express how much comfort this gave me. Dear Marsha was fantastic at liaising with the various people involved and passing on my requests, this allowed me to focus on all the other things that needed addressing. Staff were available and in contact frequently. My Mothers funeral service was just how I had visualized it to be, a celebration of the glamourous and much loved lady. Its the little things that make a difference such as taking the time to pick up a rose that fell from my Mothers coffin as she was taken to her final resting place. Thank you for holding my Mother gently and supporting me along the most difficult journey in my life. It could have been very different. Thank you. So pleased I chose you.

All of those qualities were present again when looking after my father.

Following the passing of our Dad, my brother and I were just so pleased with the service provided by Charlotte at Rowland's.  At such difficult time, she made things very easy and comfortable for us.  So very easy to deal with and eased the burden. Our Mum was very [leased with everything too.  100% recommend .

We had a bespoke funeral for my husband. Owen was absolutely amazing helping us with all the arrangements, as it was not the usual type of send off. He made sure and helped us get everything we wanted to do for my husband in place for the day. He met with us out of hours, to help my children and myself with are grieving process. Even my husbands dog was allowed to go to the chapel of rest, to help him. I can't thank the team at Rowlands enough for all there help and I would recommend them to anyone. I would give them 10 stars.
