My father had previously chosen Rowlands and Marsha and her team had already looked after my mum with style, grace and sensitivity. 
All of those qualities were present again when looking after my father. 
It’s always a sad time when faced with the passing of a loved one but Marsha was fantastic in all aspects and made the occasion as bearable as could be.

Outstanding and a beautiful service. Marsha was with us every step of the way on arrangements and what we needed to do. It was anything but a sad funeral. Following the passing of our Dad, my brother and I were just so pleased with the service provided by Charlotte at Rowland's.  At such difficult time, she made things very easy and comfortable for us.  So very easy to deal with and eased the burden. Our Mum was very [leased with everything too.  100% recommend .

We had a bespoke funeral for my husband. Owen was absolutely amazing helping us with all the arrangements, as it was not the usual type of send off. He made sure and helped us get everything we wanted to do for my husband in place for the day. He met with us out of hours, to help my children and myself with are grieving process. Even my husbands dog was allowed to go to the chapel of rest, to help him. I can't thank the team at Rowlands enough for all there help and I would recommend them to anyone. I would give them 10 stars.

Rowlands provided an excellent, thoughtful service throughout. They supplied orders of service as well as flowers, kept us informed and generally took the strain and worry out of the whole process. On the day of the funeral, Marsha Vincent in particular was wonderful, going above and beyond what we expected to ensure everything was as we would want.
