Very helpful, funeral carried out as planned.  Nothing too much trouble from arranging vicar, orders of service and flowers.  Would definitely recommend

I cannot speak highly enough of Charlotte, Marsha and the rest of the team. Charlotte was our main contact and really looked after us, helping to resolve all sorts of issues that were well outside her role. Marsha then rearranged her life to accommodate our need for a Saturday funeral. The whole day went perfectly and this was mainly down to the amazing work that they did. Kind, compassionate and efficient - I would heartily recommend them.

I would highly recommend Rowlands. They looked after all the arrangements for my fathers funeral. They were sympathetic, empathetic and totally in tune with with all our needs. A lovely local family business that I would have no problem over recommending.

Rowland’s gave superb service from start to finish: Marsha, Charlotte and Owen are a fantastic team. We used the Rowland’s Room for a simple but memorable family get-together.  Marsha gave us access to the room for a couple of hours the day before the funeral, enabling us to arrange it with masses of  flowers and a display of memorable objects to create  a really personal atmosphere.  The entrance to the Rowland room is via a courtyard framed by a collection of quaint old buildings edged with masses of flowering plants, which  provided a very intimate and calming setting. Marsha organised for us to have simple refreshments at the end of our tributes,  further enhancing the feeling of a shared, and very significant, family experience. Highly recommended!

I have walked past Rowlands so many times over the last 50 years.
I felt i knew them even though I had not had reason to use them.
My dear Mother died at home on a Saturday morning and Rowlands came within 3 hours and very respectfully and gently took Mum to their premises.
I found dealing with Charlotte and Karen to be so gentle and at the same time focused on what needed to be addressed.
I was overwhelmed by the task of drafting the order of service  and Charlotte showed  me several previous service sheets which really helped.
Their suggestion of a celebrant was also excellent. 
Charlotte was always available and very responsive to any questions i raised.
I loved the way they presented Mum in her beautiful coffin  / she looked so elegant just as in life.
I found it very comforting to be able to see Mum in her private room at any time and any day of the week.
This is a wonderful  facility.
The day of mum’s funeral was beautifully organised and ran well including my sons being pall bearers / all was ‘no problem ‘ for Charlotte and her team.
Thank you for all you did for mum and myself.

I would highly recommend Rowlands . Marsha and Charlotte are both lovey people . In such sad times they made the whole process simple and painless, and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did. I genuinely didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day, church and crematorium sorted, Order of service well presented and lovely , cars arrived on time and drivers very helpful and friendly .   If you want a highly professional but friendly service look no further than Rowlands .
