Right from the death of my father, to the death of my mother a week later, then the arrangements for a double burial, I was able to speak to Charlotte, either on the phone or by email whenever I needed to. We worked together to get exactly the right arrangements in place. It felt supportive and professional at all times. Giving me confidence that certain things could be sorted out without me having to worry about them, like the cemetary, flowers and the obituary. It was exactly what I needed at a time when I felt completely knocked off balance.

Rowland's have been both professional and sympathetic throughout the whole process. Marsha kept us informed every step of the way and made sure that everything went smoothly.
The funeral itself was perfect. Sarah Weller (Celebrant) listened carefully to our ideas and helped ensure that the service was a true reflection and celebration of Gary's life.
Their kindness and understanding has helped us tremendously during a very difficult and emotional time.

The one to one contact was superb from as soon as Dad had died to after the wake. Having such care and continuity supported my Mum and gave us all peace of mind that Dad's body was in safe and caring hands. Rowlands is an amazing team doing a difficult job but to the very highest of standards - I'll always be grateful to them.

Charlotte handled the whole process from initial meeting to the Funeral itself superbly. She and the other Rowlands staff were sympathetic and caring at such a difficult time, but also made all the arrangements so efficiently, keeping the stress away from us as immediate family. The Funeral was so well organised, and we didn't have to worry about anything. I wouldn't' hesitate to recommend them

Rowland's from the very beginning were reassuring and carefully listened and understood my situation, they immediately confirmed how to deal with things when a loved ones passing, they gave me a contact number. I was then given an appointment to discuss the funeral arrangements. all my wishes were dealt with, care and consideration for myself and family members. Leading up the the funeral day I was regularly contacted by Rowland's confirming my wishes. The funeral day was totally free of stress from beginning to end, things ran smoothly, myself and the family menders together with those who attended experienced a wonderful and memorable service to the departed member of our family. I recommend them with total confidence of their professionalism and communication skills when dealing with the sad loss of a dear one.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew I was in the right place. Owen instantly made me feel comfortable about having the difficult conversation initially and further conversations and interactions with Charlotte helped guide the family during the process.
On the day of the funeral, the wider family all commented on how complete the service was.
I would like to say that I look forward to using Rowlands again but maybe that’s not appropriate / not too soon…!

I would like to thank the team at Rowland's Funeral Services, Petersfield for their kindness and attention to detail. They guided me through the process of planning my mother's funeral and assisted to make it all run smoothly on the day.
I would also like to thank Martin Brown who conducted the service - he met with me prior to the service in order to get to know me and also to talk about mum and her life. He assisted me in choosing music and advised re order of service. On the day he led a personalised and warm celebration of my mother's life. Thank you to the whole team - you made a difficult time easier.
