Right from the point of initial contact Rowland's, and especially Charlotte, were wonderful. Sympathetic, so helpful, patient and with great care, consideration and compassion Charlotte lead and guided us through the entire time. The day of the service was stressful enough, but with the added restrictions and limitations that the Covid pandemic place on such events it was almost unbearable. However Charlotte and her team were all so calm and reassuring - a great ability at such a time.

When making the arrangements nothing was too much trouble, Marsha was kind, patient and supportive of our needs.
On the day of the funeral Owen was a steady, calm and reassuring guide throughout.

Turning to Rowlands of Petersfield on the death of our Mother was like turning to close friends. 
From the moment we contacted them we could relax in the knowledge that all would be well & carried out in accordance with Mum's & our own wishes.

Respect, consideration, honesty, efficiency, attention to detail & in depth knowledge are all values we experienced on this occasion & during a previous loss two years ago.
