I would like to thank the team at Rowland's Funeral Services for the very sensitive and professional way in which they have handled every aspect of my fathers funeral arrangements. Sadly he died at the start of the Covid-19 lockdown and their actions, warmth and professionalism have helped us immensely during this difficult time.

Turning to Rowlands of Petersfield on the death of our Mother was like turning to close friends. 
From the moment we contacted them we could relax in the knowledge that all would be well & carried out in accordance with Mum's & our own wishes.
With total professionalism & understanding kindness the staff at Rowlands supported us throughout this sad & difficult time. 
Respect, consideration, honesty, efficiency, attention to detail & in depth knowledge are all values we experienced on this occasion & during a previous loss two years ago.

THE FUNERAL OF MY BELOVED HUSBAND ALLAN WOULD NOT HAVE GONE SO SMOOTHLY WITHOUT THE KIND, HELPFUL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE FROM ALL THE STAFF AT ROWLANDS, EXTRA SPECIAL MENTION FOR CHARLOTTE WHO WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME. IT MADE SUCH A DIFFERENCE DURING AN AMAZINGLY DIFFICULT TIME.
EVEN THOUGH I KNEW MY HUSBAND WAS GOING TO DIE IT IS STILL A TERRIBLE SHOCK WHEN IT ACTUALLY HAPPENS, CHARLOTTE HELPED ME THROUGH IT ALL SPACE DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO LIST ALL THAT SHE DID OR THE ADVICE OFFERED.

THE HORSE AND CARRIAGE CARRYING MY HUSBAND'S COFFIN TO THE CHURCH MEANT THAT ALLAN WENT OUT IN STYLE, JUST THE SAME WAY AS HE LIVED. CLASSY AND WITH GOOD TASTE.

The funeral was handled in a totally professional way. I had every opportunity to discuss and follow up details during the arrangements and all the details were handled with respect  and understanding,
