The service provided by Rowland's was everything that anyone could wish for in such difficult times. The support in providing advice on what to do ensured that we did not have to go searching for who we should contact or inform of my wife's death. Their ability to deal with technical problems involving complex audio visual presentations allowed us to have the pictures and music for the funeral exactly as we wanted. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Rowlands helped make my mum's funeral an apt celebration of her life. It could have been a depressing, sad affair, but it wasn't, it ended up being exactly what it should have been, a really nice day.
Owen's help and patience ensured we could get what we wanted and covered all the questions I had without me needing to ask. On the day itself everything went to plan, the hearse was immaculate and Owen was on hand to guide me when needed.
Owen was professional and supportive and I'd definitely recommend Rowlands.

we found Rowlands funeral service sensitive and caring as well as efficient. We were left the right amount of space and time to think about what was required so there was no rushing the process which of its very nature is a difficult time.

My mother chose Rowlands herself because she appreciated their service.

At a time of huge loss and grief, we cannot have asked for more help, support and kindness. Handled professionally with the right amount of tact and empathy. Understood the kind of service we wanted and provided the funeral my husband had always told me he wanted. The celebrant was also wonderful and again, understood and provided just the right sort of words and funeral we wanted.

We had asked for an unusual choice of music and it was provided with no fuss or problem.

Rowlands also provided services to my husbands parents a few years ago and I know as a Petersfield family they considered that Rowlands 'the people to go to' and that is why my husband also wanted me to use Rowlands. I have in my will that I am to be handled by them as well.

Thanks to Marsha and all for such an appropriate send off for my husband and for the support, tact and humanity and respect they gave the family.

Rowlands organised my father’s funeral extremely well. Despite the fact that it had to be done remotely-they couldn’t have taken more care!
They supported me in my grief, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Top class service from start to finish. Charlotte was very easy to talk to, very friendly, professional and made us feel at ease. Communication by email or phone were replied to instantly. The funeral service itself went very well and was exactly how we wanted it. Charlotte even went to the extra trouble of sourcing us a biodegradable urn. I would highly recommend.
