Thank you for providing a service that was compassionate in the complete calmness in which it was delivered.  Nothing felt too much to ask.  The help in finding the right piece of music we had been hunting for was just beyond our expectation.  Marsha was always kindness itself and took the time to speak with us even when she wasn’t expecting us.  She had never met  our mum but her dedication only made our family feel cared about but that our mum was the VIP she was to us.  Thank you Marsha.  Thanks are also due to the young lady in the office who also demonstrated a kind and friendly attitude towards us whenever we did call in.  Also the driver of our limousine and the gentleman pallbearers who assisted Mum’s grandsons to carry her in.   I can’t thank you all for making such a sad event be as peaceful and easy as it was.

The whole process of arranging the Funeral was made as painless and as possible. The Funeral itself was at a natural burial site and the journey down to Mum's final resting place through the woods in the pouring rain was handled with care from Owen and Elise and the bearers.

During this traumatic time for our family Rowland's Funeral Service made sure that it went smoothly and was as stress free as possible. We cannot thank them enough.

Rowlands were sensitive and efficient throughout the process of planning the funeral and the day of the funeral, but without being intrusive. At the funeral itself they treated the mourners with great dignity and respect, ensuring that every little detail was catered for. At no point did I or my family feel that we were just another funeral to be organised. We were treated with great patience and respect, including when my father wanted to change almost all of the agreed service the week of the funeral. I would recommend Rowlands

We were all so pleased with Rowlands attention to detail.  Every aspect of my husband’s funeral was attended to with the utmost care and sensitivity.  The care of the deceased from the hospital to the chapel of rest, transfer to church and then crematorium has made our loss easier to bear.

The Rowlands Team could not have been more helpful and friendly during a difficult time. Their facilities of having a reception room to hold up to 30 people for a small service and accessible to the Chapel of Rest for those wishing to pay their respects on the day worked well with ease. They organised everything to make the occasion perfect.

We had an informal day for close family and friends to gather. There was an opportunity and facilities to gather beforehand for a tea or coffee. The room, where the service was held, was at our disposal to decorate with photos and memories on the window sills and we worked with the Rowlands Team to include reflection photos and music during the service. The Celebrant, they organised to conduct the service, was excellent.

I can thoroughly recommend Rowlands Funeral Services in Petersfield to anyone whether they wish to use them for a larger more traditional funeral or like us use their facilities for a smaller informal affair.
