Very respectful helpful staff, excellent communication, itemised clear billing and supportive of your wishes. 
No pushing of extra sales. 
They gave my mum the perfect send off.

Rowlands were sensitive and efficient throughout the process of planning the funeral and the day of the funeral, but without being intrusive. At the funeral itself they treated the mourners with great dignity and respect, ensuring that every little detail was catered for. At no point did I or my family feel that we were just another funeral to be organised. We were treated with great patience and respect, including when my father wanted to change almost all of the agreed service the week of the funeral. I would recommend Rowlands

We were all so pleased with Rowlands attention to detail.  Every aspect of my husband’s funeral was attended to with the utmost care and sensitivity.  The care of the deceased from the hospital to the chapel of rest, transfer to church and then crematorium has made our loss easier to bear.
Communication with the minister, the florist, the printer etc all contributed to the service we wanted.  Thank you to Marsha and her team.

The Rowlands Team could not have been more helpful and friendly during a difficult time. Their facilities of having a reception room to hold up to 30 people for a small service and accessible to the Chapel of Rest for those wishing to pay their respects on the day worked well with ease. They organised everything to make the occasion perfect.

We had an informal day for close family and friends to gather. There was an opportunity and facilities to gather beforehand for a tea or coffee. The room, where the service was held, was at our disposal to decorate with photos and memories on the window sills and we worked with the Rowlands Team to include reflection photos and music during the service. The Celebrant, they organised to conduct the service, was excellent.

I can thoroughly recommend Rowlands Funeral Services in Petersfield to anyone whether they wish to use them for a larger more traditional funeral or like us use their facilities for a smaller informal affair.

What lovely people they made the process easier,
 With their kind words. They communicated well letting us know that everything was in place.
So peaceful when Dad was in his room and we said are goodbye to him. It was good to know that they looked after him when he was in there care.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, very organised compassionate people.
Even Ant and Dec (the horses that pulled his carriage) were lovely. Would highly recommend this company to take care of your loved one.

Charlotte and her team were so supportive and 'held our hands' throughout this emotional episode. Charlotte especially made sure everything went to plan on the day, which were so grateful for at a time of great sorrow. The floral tribute on the casket that she arranged were lovely. We were delighted with the service provided by Rowlands Funeral Service. They provided a sensitive, efficient, and effective service for us. Their communication with us and other third parties (e.g. minister, venue for the wake etc) was excellent and always prompt, and this took a significant weight off our shoulders in assisting us to make all the arrangements at a difficult time.

They had a genuine 'can do' approach and nothing was too much trouble, their aim was to provide a highly personalised service and they did this really well.

All the staff were excellent, and we would give particular thanks go to Marsha, Elise, and Owen.

The arrangements ran smoothly and to time on the day of the funeral which meant no worries for us, and we were free to celebrate the life, and grieve the loss, of a really important person in our lives.
