Rowlands funeral service has been wonderful. Staff have a lovely supportive manner without being intrusive or sentimental. All the arrangements that were discussed & agreed were implemented efficiently & promptly. At the funeral service the service sheets were available for anyone who arrived early and the cortège was respectful & efficient. Marsha who was the representative looking after me was very helpful, kind, supportive & efficient. Thank you.

Thank you for providing a service that was compassionate in the complete calmness in which it was delivered.  Nothing felt too much to ask.  The help in finding the right piece of music we had been hunting for was just beyond our expectation.  Marsha was always kindness itself and took the time to speak with us even when she wasn’t expecting us.  She had never met  our mum but her dedication only made our family feel cared about but that our mum was the VIP she was to us.  Thank you Marsha.  Thanks are also due to the young lady in the office who also demonstrated a kind and friendly attitude towards us whenever we did call in.  Also the driver of our limousine and the gentleman pallbearers who assisted Mum’s grandsons to carry her in.   I can’t thank you all for making such a sad event be as peaceful and easy as it was.
