Thank you so much for everything that the staff have done for us.
Couldn't have been more helpful.They went out of their way to make it just perfect for our Mother's funeral, spending many meetings with us to make arrangements, ringing to check that what they had was correct and that on changes required,also to ask after our own care.

From the first contact I made to the follow up call after the funeral we have had exceptional service. We have been treated with respect and empathy throughout the whole process. Holly has the ability to sense the appropriate approach to her client and I never felt that anything was too much trouble and she never tried to push me in to anything that didn't feel exactly right for our needs. On the day of the funeral Morten handled everything beautifully so that I could concentrate on my family and friends. Gentle guidance and respectful professionalism are exactly what is needed and that is what we got. Thank you.

They forgot to pick the deceased up from hospital. Gave me wrong information about the cremation and funeral Director Jo was very rude.

Arrangement of funeral and service was excellent. Limousine driver should not totally rely on Sat Nav which can misdirect you.

This is the first time we have used the Co op Funeral services and we choose the New Milton branch. 
We dealt with Hollie who was absolutely brilliant, such a lovely kind person who went over and above to help and guide us. Cannot recommend her enough especially at such a difficult time in peoples lives.

At such a stressful and sad time , from initial contact to the day of the funeral your team put us at complete ease.
Holly in New Miltoon our point of contact was supeberb , help us relX said we could get things done on the time frame we needed. Helped with service of order cards in such a professional manner.
Came in on her day of on a Saturday so we could have a viewing with Dad.

Helped us all relax with her personality.

Jon the Funeral director for the day phoned in advance an introduced herself so we knew who to speak to, carried out request from us on the day as we wanted to walk behind the hearse in a certain direction. Keith our Driver was such a nice guy.
The whole process was so professional, reassuring and felt as if we were really listened to and more than just another family.

Well done to the Team greatest respect.
