The shop interface is super friendly and so helpful , the timings were good and most things as expected save the drivers odd choice to drive in the wrong direction and trawl through a busy parking and shopping zone.
All totally baffled by the route but no serious harm done. Purchase a map please.

Received very good attention at the crematorium 
Dignified and respectful of deceased could not fault them in any way

Holly was excellent, she instinctively knew the appropriate level of lightness and sensitivity required and made administrative elements a lot easier than feared. The somewhat daunting process was clearly explained and with a genuine care for the sensitivities and worries of us, the client. Holly is an exceptional professional in what we imagine is a very difficult role, we are very grateful to her for the way she looked after us.

I have to say my experience with the co op funeral has been really good. The celebrant was amazing he did a really good job and all my family said how wonderful he was. It was as if he knew my dad. Which obviously he didn't. Well done.
