Grace and Fiona were wonderful throughout the entire process. Very attentive, sensitive to our needs and helped things flow smoothly. They made things easy, giving us all the options and always happy to explain each one. We are so grateful. They really helped make a sad time easier. (Also super grateful that Dad bought the funeral plan. So helpful having his wishes in one place.) Highly recommend Co-op Funeral Care Hedge End.

My sister and I cannot thank Grace and Fiona enough for the exceptional service we received following the death of our mother, Janine. They had recently dealt with our father's funeral, so we were still recovering from losing him, and they were incredibly sympathetic, friendly and highly professional. "Thank you" just doesn't seem adequate. We will always be very grateful, and will never hesitate to recommend Co-op Funeral Services to anyone.

My family and I were so impressed with the wonderful service we received from the Co-op funeral service in Hedge End. 
Naomi was so compassionate and very knowledgeable around all the different aspects of what was available to us. 
She replied to my emails very quickly and also contacted me after the funeral to check as a family we were ok.

Naomi was excellent from the first visit with advice, help,support and understanding under difficult circumstances.
Neil our funeral director was very calming and reassuring on the day.
Will Whale was our celebrant and could not have been any better, supportive with lots of help and understanding and provided an excellent service

Hard to find the right words to explain how fabulous Naomi, Neil,Gareth and the rest of the team have been. In what has been a enormous shock to our family, this team have done everything to make arranging a goodbye, simple and exactly what we wanted. The. care, compassion and understanding shown has blown me away. Could not recommend them highly enough.
