Everything went smoothly and as hoped for. The service was lovely and was just right. Everyone we spoke to - Fiona, Grace and Charlene were terrific. They were very friendly and approachable. Fiona was especially, she was on top of everything and kept us informed and on track with all the necessary steps during this difficult time.

Her care, understanding and consideration shown to members of the immediate family and extended members were more than i expected. I'm grateful that she checked in with us after the event. I cannot speak highly enough of the Co-op funerals services at Hedge End.They were helpful and put us ease right from our first visit.Fiona is so approachable and help.fu.Will Whale who conducted the service was also very kind and my family and myself although dreading the day left the service feeling at peace and happy with the whole thing.

The Coop funeral care team at Hedge End made a sad and stressful job smooth and straight forward. I wanted as simple and basic a funeral as possible, and the Coop supplied this, and also made the funeral personal and dignified as well.

The team were always available, and were prompt and responsive to any enquiries, they pushed the whole process forward without me feeling I was being chased or hassled. I felt I got exactly the funeral I had envisioned.

The costs were made clear from the outset and there were no 'hidden extras' or surprises.

Hopefully this is not a service I will need again in the near future, but I would recommend this team to anyone requiring a funeral provider.

As a family, we cannot fault Hedge End Co-op Funeral Care; from our very first contact with them, through to the lovely 'after care' of a telephone call the day following my Dad's cremation service, every part of the planning and actual funeral service has been fantastic. The celebrant - Liz Kelly - was also wonderful.

Thank you to Fiona, Grace, Charlene and all the team involved at Hedge End Co-op Funeral Care; you made a very sad time much more bearable, knowing my Dad - and us - were truly 'looked after'. And because 'cost' DID matter to us [we've limited funds] the service provided was very good value for money.

We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

At the saddest time of my life I was guided by Grace & Fiona at Hedge End with respect and kindness. They made the entire process so much easier for me by asking all the right questions so I didn’t forget anything. Nothing was too big or too small for these ladies and they did everything required with such good grace. The funeral was dignified and exactly as I had requested. Everything was done with complete efficiency &  professionalism. I actually felt as though I had known both ladies a lot longer as they were so thoughtful,friendly and in regular contact to keep me informed. I would highly recommend their service for the human touch. Lovely ladies - wonderful ambassadors for The Co-op.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Fiona and Grace are a credit to the Co-Op and made the process of arranging my mum's funeral seamless. Nothing was to much trouble and they even tended to the minor details with great compassion and kindness. On the day of the funeral Grace was fantastic and looked after us all to make sure that Mum had a good send off. I too have a funeral plan with the Co-Op and feel happy that come the time we will be very well looked after. Thank you once again.
