As a family, we were so distraught. We had no idea what to do. Andrea listened to us, and helped us through the process. She carried out our wishes, always checking on what we wanted, making sure we understood. On the day of the funeral, everything was perfect. Just what we wanted. I can’t thank her enough. This was one of the most upsetting times of our lives, and she was there, all the way. Once again, a massive thank you to her and her team.

When I lost my daughter I didn't have a clue what to do or where to start but the minute I spoke to Andrea I felt a massive relief as she was amazing. The whole way though she went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I am so grateful and will never forget her kindness x
