The service from the Havant branch of Coop Funeral care was First Class from start to finish.
Everyone was empathetic. respectful and helpful.
I did not, at any time, feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. Suggestions were always put forward based on conversations had.

Terry as the face of Havant Funeralcare was absolutely professional in the manner with which we were dealt with, throughout the whole process. She also managed to do that whilst being very empathetic.
She also arranged for the Celebrant, Nick Carter who was also professional & empathetic. Both qualities that are really needed at such an awful time. Come the day of the funeral again everyone involved acted in the same manner. 
I have no hesitation in recommending Havant Funeralcare to anyone who has lost a loved one.

The funeral of my wife Betty Ann Jones, was carried out to perfection.
All that was promised and agreed was carried out to the letter, I would recommend the Co-op funeral care service Havant to anyone.

Terry organised our funeral very well, both compassionate and helpful, always made herself available, and was also on the end of the phone to answer any questions. Ryan our funeral Director on the day of funeral, was very professional at all times. The only reason I have not given excellent was that the co op  policy was that they were unable to agree funeral date until paperwork completed by medical officer to go to registry office.Unfortunately for us this took 9 days by QAH, despite being an expected death … Thus delayed our confirming funeral date. But overall very pleased with the service offered.

I was very impressed by Havant manager Terry Thompson's r) expertise and sensitive handling...a great combination of skills from her.

Mum's burial was some distance away. The whole process involved co-ordination and careful plannning. I had total confidence that the arrangements would work - and they did.

On the day of the funeral everything came together perfectly. The funeral cars & the hearse turned up on time. The flower arrangement on the lid of the coffin was beautiful. When I visited the grave five days later the flowers still looked fresh. The family members who carried the coffin were instructed & assisted by the funeral director.
The communication with the church was very good & altogether the service had the shape & tone that was right for my husband. There was some important paperwork which had to be done at the last minute, but apart from this I was always dealt with kindly & sympathetically.
