Thank you to Lorna, Sue & the team for all your help and support through the process. Being the other side of the world added a delay with our comms but everyone commented on the service as being just right and lovely so a credit to the team. Lorna the little extra things you helped with regarding the ashes and the time with the Redhouse team was amazing. Thank you to you and the entire team.

Lovely staff and  very helpful it was a shame that the funeral director rushed us out at the end of the service before the ending song had been played and spoilt it for us

Sam was extremely friendly and professional .
She guided us through the process of the planning of mums funeral with detail ,ensuring everything was captured efficiently and compassionately.
The celebrant Gareth who was recommended to undertake the service was excellent ensuring the tone of mums service typified her .
Despite a  late change in funeral directors due to covid ,Morton stepped in and everything on the day passed as planned and with dignity. 
A number of the mourners commented on what a lovely send off mum had .

Friendly, listened to all we asked for. Always happy to help. Clear communication. Good understanding of how we were doing. Never minded if we asked something or couldn't remember something. A great mix of being professional and compassionate. Would highly recommend.
