Co-op Funeralcare, Stubbington

Fortunately I do not have too much experience or expertise in Funeral arrangement.
However, my fears were very quickly dismissed when the need finally arose. The plan had been in place for many years, and the inevitable finally occurred.

From the first call the experience, professionalism and dedication of the Co-Op was apparent. After a brief and compassionate meeting, the arrangements were underway, with minimal contribution required from me, thankfully. Everything was taken care of, and the day went as well as it could have.
I have, and will continue to recommend the Co-Op Funeral plan purchase, in advance of the need to all I know who may find themselves in a similar situation.
Big Thanks to Sam at the Stubbington branch, Gareth our appointed Celebrant and the bearers/drivers who were superbly professional.

We could not have expected a more caring and compassionate meeting yet professional at the same time. Andrew Holt and Sam Webb provided us with the most excellent service with amazing attention to every detail. The whole process was handled sensitively and with dignity and we are so very grateful to have had them handle our daughter's funeral arrangements and care. Nothing, absolutely nothing, was too much trouble and our daughter's funeral was just as we wanted and everything went smoothly. We cannot praise the care we received from them both highly enough. The Stubbington manager, Sam, was absolutely brilliant. Sam made the whole process quite straightforward and was at the end of the phone if we had any queries. Danny, of the Pall bearers, was equally brilliant, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I can't fault the Co-op's help and advice, everything went very smoothly and the Celebrant was very helpful in the lead up to things. However, and I appreciate this is not something the Co-op could do anything about, but as I had at first expressed no wish to witness the scattering of my Husband's ashes but my Daughter changed her mind and did want to we were surprised that she could get no reply to several phone calls and an email went missing and she learned they has already done the scattering the day after the funeral.
