Like most people, we were dreading going to the funeral directors to arrange my mums funeral.
Thanks to Clair, the process was painless, although still tearful. She helped us create a very personal last farewell and was there to help and advise every step of the way.
Thanks also to Claire and her team at the Crematorium, and Martin for making the Celebration of her life so special.
Cannot praise this team enough.

Paul and his staff provided nothing short of an excellent service at a very difficult time after losing my wife during the covid crisis, offering both support and guidance. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I just wanted to say how fantastic Paul and his team were when we were organising Mum's funeral. They were compassionate and professional at all times and we were so pleased we chose them to help us say our final goodbyes. They guided us all the way and provided much needed support to us all. They treated our lovely Mum with the utmost respect and dignity and her send off was beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to use "the real" Paul Capper at Eastleighs Independent Funeral Directors if we need their services again. Our thanks go to Paul, Shana and all. xx

Paul and his team were kind, compassionate and very efficient at this difficult time. My 90 yr old mother had purchased a funeral plan a couple of years ago to make it as easy as possible when she died. Just before her death she moved to a nursing home 70 miles away from where she had lived. Paul was wonderful, there were some real issues about certificates being arranged but he was calm and so knowledgable and drove the 70 miles late in the evening to collect mum. 
Everything went to plan with great attention to detail, he found a splendid celebrant and arranged British Legion Flag Bearers. 
In essence Paul made what could have been a difficult experience one I can remember as a great farewell for my mother.
