We were very pleased with everything they did for us. Very professional, kind and understanding and fulfilled our requests with regards to Dads wishes.  Nothing was too much trouble and the funeral went very well. Would highly recommend.

We were more than satisfied with the care and attention to detail we received. Any questions we had regarding the funeral were immediately dealt with no matter how trivial.

As a family we were pleased with every aspect of the funeral, from  the care and attention given to us on our first visit to your offices, through the care given to prepare Paul’s body and the respect taken in our journey to  the crematorium. The recommended celebrant was excellent and the flowers were just as we wished. The guidance given as we planned our service was sound and uncomplicated and everything came together as we had wished. As a family we are truly grateful. Thank you to everyone involved on our behalf.

The chandlers Ford team were very respectful, helpful, sympathetic and understanding and simply brilliant with all the arrangements and on the day of the service. A huge thank you to everyone.

The only slight issue I had was with the call centre where someone’s first language wasn’t English and they told the chandlers Ford team that the deceased was my daughter - where as it was my mother and I am the daughter.

Anna & Christina at Chandlers Ford Funeral Care could not have been more helpful, and sympathetic in helping us to organise our Dad's funeral.
Any questions, queries and advice was always at hand in a quiet and understanding way.
Their recommendations for the Celebrant and flowers were the best we could have hoped for.
It's not a pleasure to have to organise a funeral but we have to say it was a pleasure dealing with Anna & Christina, and of course not forgetting Paul the Undertaker and his helpers.
