Neil, our funeral director, was great at keeping in touch and making sure everything ran perfectly. The team in the office didn’t push anything on us beyond the simple pre-payment plan which was much appreciated.

Disappointed. After much confusion, deliberation and discussion the photographic/musical tribute at the Service was badly mistimed and mishandled.

Your team at the Chandlers Ford branch went above and beyond my expectations.  They were so thoughtful, paced and considerate.  The cars were spotless, the staff immaculate and the flowers were beautiful.  The communication was incredible from start, during to post funeral.  Neil was very informative and kept me updated throughout.  I would highly recommend to friends and family, which I did on the day, to use CO-OP Funeralcare - you did my dad proud and gave hime a great send off.  Many, many thanks Lesley Hunt

I would definitely recommend Chandlers Ford Coop Funeral Directors. From first contacting the ladies in the office to the actual funeral day the service was faultless.  They all made me feel at eased and when ever I contacted them re any queries they were quickly answered.
