Simon was amazing. He made the whole process so easy for us. He was clear and explained everything to us so we understood. He was very sympathetic and approachable and answered any questions we had, nothing was too much trouble. I honestly don't know how I could have gotten through the day without his guidance and support.

From the moment i got in touch to the Funeral Service it's self ,it was first class service. Simon Hampton who dealt with me was marvellous he talked me through
every thing and explained what would happen on the day, he put me at ease at a very sad occasion, also Eileen Harvey the Celebrant who came to the house to discuss the eulogy was fantastic nothing was to much trouble she was lovely. Thank you both very much for getting me through a very sad day.

Communication could have been alot better. It took me ringing them for them to organise the cremation after payment had been confirmed. I had no call until the day before the cremation to say it was talking place the next day. Better communication between the staff, especially while some where on annual leave would have made the experience better.

Despite having to close the Aldershot branch due to sickness my mothers funeral was catered for superbly even the flower that had been arranged to go to Aldershot were picked up and in the Hearse as we requested. Simon the Director was really helpful nothing was too much trouble.

From the start they were there for us. They organised everything and nothing was to much trouble. They guided us every step of the way and made sure that we understood everything that was going to happen. They were very compassionate and made us feel very at ease at this very sad time. They were easy to talk to and understood all of our needs. Simon was very caring and phoned us on a number of occasions to check on us. He organised everything to perfection. We’ll done and many thanks to Simon for making the day go as well as it did.

Would have liked to have the shop open more so we could pop in & talk to someone in person rather than trying to talk to someone from a call centre who doesn’t have a clue also we had to contact  George Parker funeral parlour at Yateley a couple of times to sort out a few issues for us. Denise was helpful but having only just one person at your Aldershot branch made it very stressful for us.

When my father passed away, we were unsure where to turn, but I'm so pleased we chose Co-op Funeralcare in Aldershot. Denise was there to welcome us immediately and was so sensitive, helpful and approachable. She held our hand throughout the whole process and advised us at each turn. We felt as though we were in safe hands at the most difficult time of our lives. Simon directed dad's funeral on the day and was absolutely wonderful too. He was so respectful to my father but also to all the guests at the crematorium and we couldn't have asked for a better send off for him. Everything was arranged so seamlessly and I barely had to lift a finger. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Co-op Funeralcare, Aldershot to anybody who has lost a loved one.

Denise was amazing and supportive. She was kind and understanding, however a leak at the shop made it difficult for me to spend time with my mum, then she had to be moved to Farnham. It was rectified in the end.

The service provided was better than I could have expected. Denise Jarvis, Simon Hamilton and his team were superb. They were compassionate, attentive and knew exactly what to do. They were and are excellent at their job. No query was too small and any doubts were resolved promptly.

From the time I first made conatct with Denise at the Aldershot office, I can only say thank you for the excellent service provided by her and the team who collected my Mum's body from home, as well as our funeral director Simon who supervised the arrangements so well on the day. Everthing went very smoothly, and all of the staff were very sensitive to the needs of the family.
