On initial contact when my mother passed away on the 2 nd of June , it was the bank holiday which I understand it’s difficult , but I was very disappointed and angry to the point of putting the phone down when I was directed to a call centre somewhere In England, I genuinely think that they could have someone local to handle the  my phone call , I didn’t see why I had to spell every name , address post code etc , I’m sure that you could find someone local to me to take the call , or just take my name and cotact number then have someone local get In touch with me , it felt so impersonal , but as to the actual undertaker and staff they were absolutely brilliant, it’s such a shame as I would think twice about using you again
