I would like to say a huge thank you for all the help and assistance received when planning my uncle's (Ian Warwick) recent funeral. I mainly spoke to Jane who was so caring, kind and thoughtful. My family are based in Somerset so I organised it without actually being there, which was no problem. Jane ensured everything went seamlessly and she phoned to keep me up to date with all the necessary arrangements and nothing was too much trouble.

my awareness of the funeral ceremony at the crematorium was masked by a veil of tears ; the ceremony obviously went very smoothly, the attendance was large to the point of standing room only and the only comments afterwards from those who were present was that my wife was given a wonderful send off.
my thanks to the funeral directors and especially the humanist speaker who gave an excellent address.

The service I recieved by E W Pritchard was above and beyond following the death of my Mother. The whole process from start to finish was dealt with to the highest standard. Communication was great and the funeral itself was exactly as id hoped. Cant thank them enough especially Dylan, Dewi and Jane. Diolch yn fawr.
