Hi.

Having recently used your services for the funeral of my son Michael.

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to all the team at Ellis Williams who acted in a very caring and professional manner throughout.

Alison who took care of my daughter and I right from the start and led us both through the difficult process of the arrangement for my son's funeral she was absolutely amazing.

She was very helpful and patient with me as I was struggling to find the right photo and the right music for him and kept reassuring me throughout that it was ok to take my time and to make sure of my choices.

I honestly felt like nothing was too much trouble . Time was spent to make sure I was looked after and that Michael was being cared for.

Again I can't thankyou enough for totally professional and caring manner in which you looked after us all.
