This was a funeral care plan through Co op. But from start to finish, with the arrangements for Tila's funeral, the staff, Caroline, Shannon and mostly Alyson, they were all very courteous, knowledgeable, and dealt with every single detail with so much compassion. Very impressed.

From the first phone call I made the service from all staff was delivered with empathy and compassion, response from questions was timely and accurate. On the day of the funeral the funeral director was able to make me feel at ease with her softly spoken words, a nod at the right time not to mention her guidance throughout the morning.

Ellis have arranged funeral for my dad in 2015 we had such a brilliant service from them it was a given we would use them for our beloved mother cannot fault them went above and beyond cannot thank Alyson enough and both she and Shannon were awesome. The little touches were so thoughtful...god bless
