I want to thank the team at Ellis Williams Funeral Home for looking after my mother and my family during a difficult time. Alison and Shannon were very professional and most of all just very kind when I felt very vulnerable. The circumstances I lost my mother were very distressing but Alison helped to make our last goodbye with her very peaceful and dignified in the Chapel of rest for that I can't ever thank them enough. They helped me give my mum a very simple but personal send off. There assistance at this time was invaluable.

Alyson and Shannon were very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble,what would have been a stressful time was calming. The little touches such as a grey pouch for Mam's wedding ring and grey gift bag for the scatterbox was a beautiful touch.
Extremely pleased with the service I received.

What can I say? Ellis Williams are caring, compassionate and we couldn’t have asked for more. As a family we are all in agreement about this. They even looked after my 86 years old father and placed a chair at the graveside for my dear mothers committal. Thank you Alison and Shannon and the whole team. I would never dream of going anywhere else. And I can’t thank them all enough. Much love to them all.

Allyson and Shannon have been extremely supportive throughout this difficult time. They made the planning and actual funeral day a seamless process.
All other funeral home staff involved in the funeral day were very professional.

The service we got was excellent from start to finish. Shannon and alison are brilliant , they looked after us so well and was always on the end of the phone if we needed anything .

They totally understood our little things we wanted for dad and didn’t question any of it.

The funeral with which Ellis Williams Team assisted for Wendy Brace-Jones, was particularly difficult as there were no family Members available for input.

The help given, particularly by Alyson with whom most of the arrangements were made, and also by Shannon, was exemplary and greatly appreciated.

Nothing was too much trouble both in the arrangements for the whole process, on the day of the funeral and since.
