My experience with the lady taking details of my requirements was at times very stressful, she was consistently vague and incompetent (the order of service wasn't correct until the eleventh hour)
However...On the day Andrew and his team were truly professional, keeping me informed every step of the way, he conducted a respectful, traditional funeral which was absolutely faultless.

From the very first meeting with Katherine and Andrew we where met with support and care at a very emotional time.
