I cannot stress how kind and caring the team are.They helped me and my Family through a very difficult time from organising the Funeral to the Funeral it's self.We chose a Celebrant and he was just what we wanted,everything went perfectly on the day.It was a celebration of myHusbands life rather than a solemn miserable affair.Their kindness will never be forgotten,thank you to everyone concerned,you made a difficult time so much easier.

I can't express enough how kind and caring these ladies are from the first visit to dropping us off at the wake. I never felt sad or lonely and the way they treated my lovely Mum was so nice and caring. I thanked the men driving the cars for looking after my Mum as well. My Dad died 5 years ago and the service was exactly the same. Many thanks to all at McGuires. Marie Morgan.

My sons funeral was treated with respect and dignity from start to finish. We chose Stuart because he also looked after my parents funerals. The little things he does makes a BIG difference. Very happy with Stuart and would highly recommend him. Excellent service.

The service provided by McGuire’s (Co-op) was excellent. The people in the office were helpful and (pun intended) co-operative. We felt in safe hands all through our bereavement time. We felt that the staff went out of their way to provide us with a service of which Graham would have been proud.

I was dreading arranging my Dad's funeral, especially as I was having to do it on my own and I'm also disabled. I didn't have to worry though. I chose the Co-op as they buried my Mum 6 years earlier. I can't praise Mr Stuart Pilkington and his team enough.I dealt with Stuart who walked me through the process, he got in touch with the church, suggested things that I hadn't thought of but mostly kept me informed every step of the process. If I had a question he would reply to me the same day if he was helping others when I phoned. Even though he put everything together I never felt like he had taken over. I was so glad of his help and I am very grateful to him. On the day of my Dad's funeral there was no surprises as he had gone into great detail of what was going to happen. He was a tremendous support on the day of and leading up to the funeral. The funeral went seamlessly and very professional. Stuart is a very kind and personable man who completely put me at my ease. He gave my Dad the faultless funeral that he deserved. It was commended by several people how nice everything had been. I would recommend the Co-op to anyone who wants to give their loved ones a unique and fitting funeral, I would also like to say that I thought the bill would have been much higher. To Stuart and his team a big thank you I will forever be grateful to you. I have told my executives that when my time comes it's the Co-op who I want to go to. 10/10 from start to finish. Thank you once again.

Mum purchased her plan in 2012 and we were immensely impressed with the efficiency of the team that looked after us from day one. Stuart kept us informed every step of the way and guided us through what could have been an even more difficult time. No request was too small or too difficult. Stuart even liaised with the church and the stonemasons re having our dads existing headstone lifted so we could add mum. Cannot speak highly enough of their service.

My dad has a prepaid plan. One phone call at about 5:30pm in New Year's Eve and pretty much everything sorted. Good communicating whether on the phone or via email, very willing to do things the way we wanted with no hard sell for extras. Recommended
