I have worked alongside many multi-disciplinary team and this was the first time I had to arrange one of our client funeral. I was met by a lovely lady Hannah who support me all the way, explaining it all step by step and I felt everything just fell place. She is a credit to your company.

The Co-Op , went above and beyond, in delivering, the funeral, my father wanted! All his wishes, were granted. From the Union flag, on his coffin , to the Last Post, being played, by a bugler.It was a funeral, which did, an Old Soldier, proud!

I can not recommend the co-op, especially Julie in pemberton enough, she made what has been the most awful time in my life just that little bit easier, my mums last wishes were all fulfilled with the Co-ops help as she wanted to go home to Ireland and be laid to rest with her parents. As painful as it is to organise a funeral every detail was beautiful, (sounds weird) the coffin, the flowers, the order of service, I'm so happy my mum got the send off she deserved on both sides of the Irish sea.

The service and attention to detail we have received has been first class from first meeting until everything has been completed.

Nothing has been too much trouble, making it much easier for the family at a difficult time, without being faced with unneeded problems.

We would recommend Co-Op Funeral Care and unfortunately due to a sudden death in the extended family, we have entrusted their funeral arrangements also with the same funeral directors.

Our funeral director Julie was amazing from start to finish. Hannah on the desk was patient and understanding, especially considering all of the changes and additions we made. Our celebrant, Darren was superb. We were worried it was going to be rushed but Darren did a fantastic job, you would have thought he knew dad personally. Excellent service, lovely team. Hannah was polite, caring offering genuine regards from our first communication.  Her compassion and understanding made this very sad process bearable by being clear and maintaining contact. Nothing was too much as she offered personal support and went the extra mile to find a bagpiper for my father’s funeral. On the day, Julie had already phoned to explain the situation and her team were respectful throughout the morning. I really can’t thank them enough and all our family and friends have spoken highly of the Pemberton funeral team and Green Acres and I will sincerely recommend them.
