David and Donna’s service was faultless from beginning to end. It was such a great help to receive David’s email, detailing the Coop’s  different funeral choices and costs before our first meeting. It allowed my brother and myself time to discuss our wishes together and so reduced the anxiety of actually visiting the funeral directors with also knowing the costs involved beforehand. 
After that I cannot complement them enough. Always at the end of the phone and keeping us informed without being intrusive. They dealt with all our worries before they arrived. 
On the actual day a number of people in the congregation commented on their professionalism and just what nice people they were. 
You can’t ask for any more than that !

Outstanding service from start to finish, Donna & David lovely compassionate people. Kelly beautiful lady inside and out from looking after our mum getting her dressed and making her look beautiful. Kelly and James also conducted our mums funeral service with so much care, love and compassion. All 4 persons involved are a credit to Co- Op funeral care and it was clear to see that it isn’t just a job to the 4 of them and the families are there personal priority nothing was never to much.
