From the 1st phone call to arrange our mums funeral the care we received was second to none the respect on chapel visits down to the service on the day by John Meacham the celebrant was amazing They sorted everything for us  and nothing was to much trouble my mum looked beautiful and peaceful in the chapel .

The funeral for my brother Gary, was excellent.
Shona Maver the funeral arranger was wonderful, she gave advice when needed and was kind and compassionate
Andy who brought the coffin to the cemetery was wonderful and very professional.
I must mention Martin the celebrant, who did a fantastic job with my stories about my brother's life
All in all a fantastic funeral.

The Co-Op played the wrong music during our mother's funeral so instead of soft female voices during a period of reflection we got a loud male voice choir. We had sent the Co-Op a link to the correct music but they: (a) downloaded something else with a similar title; and (b) did not bother to check what they download against what we had requested. Adding insult to injury they limited compensation to 5% saying the family was partly to blame for not spotting that the title was wrong in the draft order of service. In their words, 'it appears it is the same song, by the same people, but it is a different recording.' Yes, and the Co-Op would have known that had they checked it against what had been requested.
