It's difficult to know where to start when it comes to choosing a Funeral Director ... I decided to use Memories because of the good reviews from previous clients. Dominic and Sandra (and everyone else we came into contact with through Memories) were excellent. They definitely lived up to their previous good reviews. They dealt with myself and my family in a sensitive & professional manner and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Memories.

Memories Funeral Services took care of the arrangements for my brother-in-law’s funeral.
Dominic came to the house and very patiently took time to talk to us to ensure that the family’s wishes were met. The funeral was carried out with sensitivity and dignity.

Fiona helped us to celebrate the life of our dad and caprured the essence of him: helping to guide us to relish our memories and share them at the funeral. We would like to thank Dominic and Sandra at Memories Funeral Services from the bottom of our hearts for the outstanding service they gave us following the passing of my Mum. From Day One they were compassionate, professional and clear - we always felt we could contact them at any time with concerns or questions, and know we'd get a quick response. Which is just what you need during such a difficult and confusing time! At the Chapel of Rest Sandra really helped me feel relaxed and gave me the warmth needed whilst others viewed. They really put our wishes at the heart of everything they did, and the result was a funeral that was truly the best we could have asked for, and at an affordable, fair price. Definitely reccomend.

Absolutely amazing service. From the meeting with Dominic at my home i felt less stressed and assured everything would be taken care of. I know its not something people want to think about but i would definitely recommend Memories to make the process as easy as possible during the difficult time.

I would highly recommend Memories Funeral Services, I was kept informed every step of the way and felt that my mum was in the safest of hands. Dominic and Sandra were extremely kind and considerate and Dominic was really helpful, explaining what was happening and what would happen next. I’ve already recommended them to people I know.......in my opinion, they are the best at what they do and I am very grateful to them for being so efficient and making a very sad and daunting task so much easier for me to get through.

Professional at all times and paid specific attention to the wishes of the family without any problems whatsoever .
Kept in constant touch so that there was a
minimum of worry for the bereaved at a most stressful and upsetting time.
I would recommend Memories to any bereaved family because they can provide anything that is asked for and with added compassion.
