I'm really pleased with the service provided by Susie at Co-op Funeralcare, Poynton. I've never organised a funeral before and Susie put me at ease and was very informative. She had some lovely suggestions for our circumstances and responded swiftly to any enquiries I had. I would highly recommend this funeral director.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and professionalism provided by Susie and James. Their dedication to providing a memorable and fitting farewell to my mum was truly outstanding. From the very first contact, Susie displayed a high level of empathy, compassion, and respect. She understood the emotional strain our family was facing, and they handled every aspect of the funeral arrangements with great care and sensitivity.

The organization and attention to detail exhibited by Susie and James were truly impressive. Susie took the time to listen to our needs and wishes, guided us through every decision, and meticulously executed the plan we had in mind. Susie's experience and expertise were evident as they helped us navigate through the often overwhelming process, ensuring we knew what to expect at each stage.

Throughout the funeral James demonstrated a genuine commitment to honoring our loved one's memory in the most meaningful and personal way possible. James provided a serene and comforting environment for our family and friends to grieve, while also managing every aspect of the event with great professionalism. The attention to detail in creating a peaceful and respectful atmosphere truly made a difference during such a difficult time.

I must also commend Susie for their exceptional level of care and support. They were always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and offer a shoulder to lean on. Their warmth, understanding, and patience were invaluable, making it easier for me and my sister to cope with our grief.

From the outset when I made my initial call, as I needed to understand the process once mum actually passed, Connor has been incredible. He is so kind, gentle and supportive. He has guided us every step of the way, forewarned us of potential issues before they occur and made what is the worst event in our families lifetime as bearable as it could have been . 
It was a great comfort that my mum and step dad ( Paul)  had already met the wonderful Connor, he even recalled my mums pink hair. He has reached out to my step dad and is maintaining contact post funeral too as Paul is not coping . He will be sign posting Paul to local bereavement services. 
Our family will be eternally grateful to you . Thankyou

The service was very good. Arranging the appointment to discuss the funeral was easy. We were dealt with very sensitively and every thing was explained clearly. Any later queries and phone calls were also answered efficiently always making you feel at ease. The funeral service was well organised. A follow up call to ask me if all had been ok and to tell me about collecting the ashes was useful. I was very happy with the service.
